Mary is a skilled, experienced consultant and expert facilitator, who has worked with STC for eight years. She has partnered with several of our clients for many years, developing their sales people, sales managers and sales processes. Clients appreciate her approach to learning the nuances of their business and participants appreciate her solid and logical approach to sales skills and process development, delivered with a warm and engaging style. Her role involves working with our clients to develop, manage and facilitate their customised sales training programmes.
Mary’s background as a highly successful recruitment consultant honed her considerable sales skills; as a result she became an Associate Director and shareholder of OCG Consulting. At OCG Mary created, alongside STC, a Business Development programme for which she became sole facilitator, training over a hundred OCG consultants in successful business development techniques. Alongside this work she strategically oversaw – and grew – the company’s extensive Preferred Supplier client portfolio. This experience had made her a valued asset to STC clients.
