After leaving Auckland University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Adrienne commenced a career that spanned 20 years in a number of blue chip service marketing organisations including L’Oreal (oh those trips to Paris…) ANZ and Westpac Banks, Gullivers Travel, Radio New Zealand and Clear Communications. Her roles ranged from Project Management and Senior Brand Management positions to Sales and Marketing Management roles.
Having observed both professionally and personally the tangible impact of ill-advised career change decisions, she decided that she would step out of her marketing career and into executive recruitment. Taking a real leap of faith, Adrienne joined the successful recruitment firm, OCG Consulting, managing their Financial Services Senior Marketing portfolio. Not only did she discover a new avenue by which she could leverage her career experience, she also developed a real love of selling and client development. She knew that the mantra “your candidates can be your clients” would be the key to her success – along with the development of her skills that she received from being trained by STC!
For our clients, Adrienne is able to bring her considerable sales and marketing capabilities to help them plan the appropriate training to achieve their goals.
When not working with her STC clients, Adrienne spends her days battling Mother Nature in her garden (who is teaching her some serious lessons) and learning to play the piano.
