The Sales Training Company is a proven, established sales consultancy & training provider, operating predominantly within Australasia. We have successfully operated for eighteen years training and developing sales & sales management personnel, across a wide range of industries with a proven consultative sales methodology and engaging training style.
As individuals, and therefore as a company, we are passionate about helping people develop their sales and communication skills. Our goal is always to help our clients grow revenue, through growing the skills of their teams. We care about our client’s success and we care about the individual participants within our training programmes. This personal philosophy in business is reflected in what we teach. We believe that success in sales always comes from providing great value to clients, backed by a strong desire to see those client’s succeed. Our role is to help our client’s sales teams identify how to do this in practice, by following a tried, trusted and ethical sales process.
We are ‘real world’ trainers; we have been highly successful sales people ourselves, run successful sales organisations and managed and trained thousands of sales people. We know what works and our aim is always to be pragmatic about what we teach and innovative about how we teach it.
